With over 40 years of constructing homes on the Gold Coast, Ken has always been at the forefront of setting home design trends and building award winning homes.
Over a span of 8 years, Phil and Ken were instrumental in designing, constructing and fitting out prestige Prize homes on the Gold Coast. These homes are featured here on the website and are magnificent homes with high end style, fittings and appointments.
Ken and Phil have formed what has now been the natural progressive step to a one stop complete home package that starts with the interior elements that makes for that all important end result.
Setting out a design has to start with the layout of the block i.e. sunrise and fall, views, access, etc. it's then incorporating the entry, entertaining area, family and so on. This is Phil's forte having a background in interior design which has brought him to the foreground of initiative designs although practical and with the master of building himself, Ken Knudson who would be the most knowledgeable and pedantic builder you would meet, the relationship that has evolved over the past years has brought some fantastic results.
